Is there any need to RSVP to for this event? If yes, to whom and how should they be contacted?
I don't think we need to RSVP. I'll ask my Getronics POC, Mark, how many people his place can accommodate, though.
Hopefully not too late to ask - has this time/event been confirmed? I'd rather not fight my way through traffic unless I'm sure. The posting was 3 weeks ago, and we all know how things can change (esp. when someone is volunteering a place instead of Panera).
